confirmaron la presencia de un Objeto Volador No identificado sobre los cielos
capitalinos, al momento en el que el Presidente venezolano Hugo Chávez
participaba en un programa de televisión que transmitía el canal
estatal, VTV, previo al cierre de la campaña electoral alusiva al Referendo
Consultivo, casi a la media noche del viernes 30 de noviembre.
Según el relato de los testigos, el objeto, que tenía forma ovalada y color “blanco mercurio”, fue observado desde la plaza Francia, en la localidad de Altamira, y por la trayectoria descrita, se presume que el mismo pudo haber estado sobrevolando la sede del canal, ubicado en el sector los Ruices, al este de Caracas.
Por su parte, 2 personas que habitan en el Pedregal, la Castellana, sector colindante con el cerro el Ávila, también en el este de la capital, reportaron haber visto un objeto de características similares el sábado 1 de diciembre, en horas de la noche, sobre las zonas adyacentes.
Otra fuente periodística de un medio radiofónico aseguró haber recibido información en torno a la manifestación de un extraño objeto luminoso que pudo ser apreciado por varios testigos, el domingo 2 de diciembre en horas de la noche, cuando se movilizaba de manera irregular sobre el espacio aéreo de la zona central de los Teques, en el estado Miranda, ¿coincidencialmente? mientras el país entero esperaba en tensión un pronunciamiento por parte del ente comicial con los resultados preliminares de los votos escrutados hasta ese momento .
De acuerdo a las proyecciones del Centro Nacional de Alerta y pronóstico Hidrometeorológico, CENAPH, para la fecha, no hubo registros importantes de inestabilidad atmosférica ni reportes de situaciones anómalas.
Cabe destacar que el Referendo Consultivo del pasado
2 de diciembre, en el que poco más de la mitad de los venezolanos se
pronunció en contra de la propuesta presidencial de Reforma Constitucional,
se realizó en un clima de controversia y enfrentamientos entre los bolivarianos,
que ofrecieron defender el proceso revolucionario hasta con su propia vida,
frente a sectores opuestos al gobierno de Chávez, quienes apoyados por
la iglesia católica, amenazaron con tomar las calles de manera violenta
y desconocer los resultados, si el proyecto de reforma resultase favorecido
en los comicios electorales.

the presence of a Flying Object Not identified on the skies of the capital,
to the moment in which the Venezuelan President Hugo Chávez was taking
part in a program of television that was transmitting the state channel, VTV,
previously to the closing of the electoral allusive campaign to the Referendo
Consultivo, almost to the midnight of Friday, the 30th of November.
According to the statement of the witnesses, the object, which had oval form
and color " white mercury ", was observed from the square(seat) France,
in Altamira's locality, and by the described path, there is presumed that the
same one could have been overflying the headquarters of the channel, located
in the sector the Ruices, to the east of Caracas.

information concerning(around) the manifestation of a strange luminous object

in hours of the night, when it was mobilized of irregular way on the air space
of the central zone of the Teques, in the condition(state) Elevated place, coincidencialmente?
While the entire country was waiting in tension for a pronouncement on the part
of the pertaining ro elections entity with the preliminary results of the votes
scrutinized up to this moment.
In agreement to the projections of the National Center of Alert and forecast(prediction)
Hidrometeorológico, CENAPH, for the date, there were neither important
records of atmospheric instability nor reports of anomalous situations.
It is necessary to emphasize that the Referendo Consultivo of last December
